FLOTEC CELEBRATES A SUCCESSFUL ROLLING STOCK NETWORKING EVENT.

Loughborough-based Flotec, a leading supplier of reliable hose and engineering solutions to rail, celebrates a successful Rolling Stock Networking 2024.

Held on Thursday 4th July at the iconic Derby Arena, Flotec resided on stand K2 for a day of rail rolling stock industry networking.

In attendance was Flotec Director Richard Hodgkinson, Head of Marketing Barry Michael Aldridge and Business Development Executive, Nydia Leeson.

With a focus on ‘Thinking Passenger, Reducing Downtime and Improving Efficiency’, Flotec was on hand to demonstrate its DMU engine cooling solutions to train fleet operators.

On display was Flotec’s own branded Railtex hydrostatic hose, coolant hose, PowerGrip clamps and associated PowerShrink Box for fixing the clamps in place.

Also on show was a DMU train fleet battery charging unit.

Speaking of the event, Flotec’s Head of Marketing, Barry Michael Aldridge, said: “As always, Rolling Stock Networking was a fabulous exhibition which helped towards raising brand awareness and promoting Flotec’s products to the rail industry.
