THE FLEXBIMEC ANDROMEDA INDUSTRIAL AND HEAVY-DUTY HOSE REEL FROM FLOTEC.

 

The Flexbimec Andromeda hose reel line has been redesigned taking advantage of the characteristics of its previous models, improving the technical aspects and adding new features.

 

The completely renewed design allows a choice of modular sizes, generating a wide dimensional flexibility for the customer and including the hose guide as standard.

The Andromeda hose reels allow the management of different hose lengths and types of fluid
including a hose guide which manages the tube in an orderly manner.

They are available in painted steel and in AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request).

Swivel joints with a maximum pressure of up to 600 bar are fitted as standard for the painted
steel models and 200 bar for the stainless-steel models. On request, swivel joints can be supplied to 800 bar pressure.

Automatic rewind, spring-driven hose reel, ANDROMEDA, 400 LINE, Spool 130 mm, in painted steel or in stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for hoses of max 25 m length (ø hose 3/8”).

The hose reel is supplied without hoses and can be used with hoses for the supply of oils, antifreeze, grease, compressed air, water and AdBlue®.
 

The fluid shaft and the swivel joint of the painted steel models are in galvanized steel for maximum working pressure 600 bar.

 

Automatic rewind, spring-driven hose reel, ANDROMEDA line, 400 LINE, Spool 195 mm, in painted steel or in stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for hoses of max 25 m length (ø hose 1/2”).
