The Flexbimec Gemini hose reel line is based on an electro-hydraulic motor available in 12V / 24V / 230V.

These hose reels can work in demanding conditions thanks to the hydraulic motor which
allows better operation and power even on long distances.

The Flexbimec Gemini hose reel available from Flotec comes complete with a hose guide which improves winding and prevents jamming during the re-entry phase of the hose.
 

The motorisation of the drum reel is useful for increasing the length of life of the hose.
 

GEMINI hose reels are supplied with a hydraulic motor and power supply unit with 12V, 24V, 230V
motors.

Electro-hydraulic motor operated hose reel, GEMINI line, 500 LINE, Spool 260 mm, in painted steel or in stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for hoses of max 30 m length (ø hose 1”).

The hose reel is supplied without hoses and can be used with hoses for the supply of oils, antifreeze, grease, air, water and AdBlue®.
 

The fluid shaft of the painted steel models is in stainless steel, while the swivel joint is in galvanized steel when a maximum working pressure of 600 bar is required.

Available in the BASE version without control unit, with only the hydraulic motor (without hoses, electrical panel and push-button panel) so as to be able to easily connect the hose reel to a system already present on site.
